• 1 - 2 years experience in similar role
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word 
• Able to create design/artwork/banner for multi platforms 
• Basic Technical knowledge of web technologies

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive. You will assist the Key Account Manager in managing Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok account including managing product listing, inventory management, customer before and after sale support and visual support.  

Job Description:  

• Oversee the full spectrum of the e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) operation
• Managing E-Commerce platform to generate business growth and customer satisfaction 
• Managing daily order fulfillment for multiplatform - Report on the coordinate of inventory and stock movement 
• Resolve issues related to e-commerce business including providing costumer service support 
• Create compelling and effective designs for ecommerce platform 
• Video, posting scheduling on TikTok 
• Develop and communicate with cross department team members  
• Provide after sale support to customer with friendly attitude
