About the Role

Pullman Kuching is looking for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a full-time position based in Kuching, Sarawak.

You will support the Outlet Manager in managing the daily operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and an excellent dining experience for our guests. You will also lead and support the team while contributing to the overall success of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Outlet Manager in the daily operations of the assigned outlet.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the F&B team.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and ordering.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements where applicable.
• Assist with POS operations, revenue monitoring, and basic financial duties.
• Support F&B promotions, events, and special activities.
• Ensure the outlet and service areas are clean, well maintained, and ready for operation.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B supervision or management, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of F&B operations and service standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
• Good command of English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Food safety and hygiene certification is an advantage.
• Open to Malaysian candidates only, with preference given to local Sarawakian candidates.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
