Recruiter (WFH, Remote Support)/ Call Support/ Telemarketer - Commission based

Job Summary

You will engage customers and candidates through phone calls to provide excellent service, support recruitment efforts, and contribute to team goals in a flexible, commission-based remote role.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer service and telemarketing calls to engage and inform clients effectively

Apply recruitment knowledge to identify and attract suitable candidates for job openings

Conduct cold-calling in a call centre environment to generate leads and support recruitment processes

Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone to build rapport and trust with customers and candidates

Demonstrate confidence and a pleasant demeanor during all phone interactions

Work independently to manage tasks and meet targets while collaborating with team members as needed

Show willingness to learn recruitment skills and adapt to new challenges

Required competencies and certifications

CEI Certification or willingness to complete the CEI course

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or cold-calling within a call centre environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, HR Consultant, or similar role

Experience as a telemarketer in a bank or contact centre environment
