Key Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Handle payments, invoices, expense claims and financial transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare financial statements and financial analysis for management review
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and monitoring budget variances
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Provide support and documentation for internal and external audits
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiency
• Handle other finance and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Malaysian
• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
• Must have hands-on Full Set of Accounts experience
• Proficient in SQL Accounting Software
• Good understanding of AP, AR, bank reconciliation and financial reporting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
