We are a specialist engineering company, focused on the healthcare sector. We would like to invite experienced project/site engineers to join our team and grow with us. The role involves working on large-scale new builds as well and A&A projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to- day operations of construction projects
Liaise with consultants, sub- contractors and supervisors on project matters
Attend meetings with clients/main contractors/sub-contranctors on project-related matters
Update site progress information and ensure the accuracy of shop drawings
Carry out inspection and joint inspection of works in progress Ensure that the works are executed to the required quality standard Adhere to regulatory requirements, safety guidelines and practices in the work place
Ability to produce constructible 3D drawings and be able to translate them into 2D shop drawings, will be an advantage
Assist the Project Managers and project team with other tasks
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience working as a Construction Project Engineer
Experience with Medical/Laboratory/Specialty gases pipeline systems will be advantageous (but not necessary)
Good understanding of M&E works and ability to associate BIM with construction needs
Willingness to learn and use new software/technology
Self-driven and good time management
While not necessary, knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks and BIM360 would be an advantage.
