SINOPEC LUBRICANT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is the only Sinopec Corp. manufacturing plant outside China, located in Tuas. It produces lubricants and grease and is part of a global energy and chemical company ranked 2nd in the Fortune Global 500.

Job Summary

Provide sales and business support to the team by managing enquiries, preparing costing and sales documents, processing orders, coordinating shipments, and supporting audit compliance.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to incoming enquiries by preparing technical costing sheets and generating accurate sales quotations, contracts, and shipping documents

Process customer orders efficiently and coordinate shipment delivery to ensure timely fulfillment

Collaborate with Sales teams across various countries to manage sales and order processing activities

Prepare contract review documents, create new customer accounts, and issue credit notes as required

Maintain organized filing of sales documents to support audit compliance and administrative accuracy

Complete additional assignments as directed by the immediate supervisor

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum O Levels with relevant certification in a related field

Proficient in MS Office applications and ideally experienced with SAP software

At least 3 years of work experience in logistics or service provider roles

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience as an Executive or Senior Executive in Customer Service, Sales Coordination, Shipping, or equivalent roles

Strong teamwork and communication skills
