Conduct in progress inspections to ensure that work carried out complies with quality standards and requirements
Assist consultants to carry our duties under Building Control Act regulations and authorities
Other related duties assigned
At least 1 year or relevant working experience
Registered as Resident Technical Officer recognized by the Commissioner of Building Control
Demonstrated proactive approach and effective communication skills
