Location: Tiong Nam Logistics, Kempas
Working Days: 5.5 days per week

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead our warehouse team.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations and staff supervision.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
• Ability to operate Forklifts/ Reach Trucks and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including task delegation and team performance monitoring.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities using forklifts, reach trucks and other equipment in a safe manner.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance workflow and productivity.
