Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction, building maintenance, renovation or related works.

Experience in building, civil, M&E, roofing, waterproofing, painting or renovation works is an advantage.

Able to read construction drawings and understand site specifications.

Good knowledge of construction methods and site safety practices.

Able to manage workers and subcontractors.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Willing to travel between project sites.

Valid driving licence is required.

CIDB-related certification / Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) qualification is an advantage.
