We are a fast-growing recruitment consultancy firm that helps people find jobs primarily across Malaysia and Singapore, in multiple sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, and technology. What this program is about:

This Recruitment Graduate Trainee Program (RGTP) is designed to develop ambitious individuals with or without prior work experience into competent recruitment professionals. This is a structured 6-month program that will expose you to all facets of agency recruitment and develop your skills in a hands-on environment. You will learn on-the-job, be exposed to real-world scenarios, and be surrounded by seniors from whom you will pick up valuable experience. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to continue your career as a long-term member of our team.

The day-to-day:

• You will be trained on candidate management, understanding professionals on their competencies and motivations.
• You will learn how to conduct structured interviews, confidently assessing highly qualified industry professionals across various fields
• You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and gain first-hand experience in filling job vacancies
• You will develop your client management skills - identifying employer needs, effectively represent their brand, find suitable candidates for their jobs, and successfully fill roles
• You will be exposed to the commercial side of recruitment – learning how to find new clients, pitch services, and achieve sales targets

You should apply if you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in any subject. As a plus, we look for those who have had a proactive academic career, involving themselves in extra-curricular activities or volunteering work
• Are interested in a people-facing job. In recruitment, we spend A LOT of time talking to people
• Are a problem solver. This is a career where your ability to find solutions is one of the highest indicators of success
• Have a results-oriented, sales-driven mindset. The more you do, the more you get
• Most importantly, have a desire to learn. We are looking for people who are unafraid to put themselves out there, make mistakes, and develop as much expertise as they can, with the end-goal of becoming a highly influential Recruitment Consultant.
