岗位职责
Plan, manage and supervise daily site operations for sewer infrastructure projects.
Coordinate and monitor site activities to ensure works are carried out safely, on schedule and in accordance with project specifications.
Lead and supervise site supervisors, subcontractors and workers to ensure efficient site operations.
Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and work schedules.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, PUB requirements and company procedures.
Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders.
Attend site meetings and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, productivity and cost, and minimize delays and unnecessary overtime.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sewer infrastructure works or civil engineering projects in Singapore.
Good knowledge of sewer construction methods, site management and construction practices.
Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Strong leadership, planning, coordination and communication skills.
Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
