Job Responsibilities

• establishing networking environment by designing system configuration, directing systeminstallation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards;
• Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting networkproblems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network.
• undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, usinginformation from multiple sources;
• upgrading data network equipment to latest stable firmware releases;
• configuration of routing and switching equipment for PROD line to testing;
• configuration of hosted IP voice services
• remote support of on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation;
• remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation;
• capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices within data centers;
• Liaising with customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Master or Degree in Computer/Networking Engineering.
• Fresh Graduate or 1~3 years of working experienced in the related field.
• Manage multiple platforms of service in Window, Linux, cloud will be more advantage

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
