Job Summary
You will provide administrative support by managing communications, scheduling work, logging cases, preparing quotations, and handling customer requests and complaints efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls to provide timely and accurate information to callers
Respond to work requests by coordinating with relevant teams to ensure prompt action
Log and track cases systematically to maintain accurate records and follow-up
Schedule work assignments to optimize resource allocation and meet deadlines
Handle email correspondence professionally to support smooth office communication
Prepare quotations accurately to assist in project cost estimation and client communication
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain client satisfaction
