Key tasks (including responsibilities and authorities):

1. Prepare, Review and revise plan test procedures.

2. Conduct inspection and measurement on SPV submission plan.

3. Prepare measurement inspection program using micro vu / CMM machine for use by QC to conduct 2 Hourly inspection.

4. Prepare micro vu / CMM program in accordance with the requested metrology measurements.

5. Provide inspection measurement report for OQ inspection record, PQ inspection record, PPAP inspection record, Visual inspection record, GR&R inspection record in accordance with SPV request.

6. Provide training to QC on how to use Micro Vu / CMM machines properly and safely as well as other measuring equipment.

7. Support for other measurement when requested.

8. Involve NPI testing in term of inspection measurement.

9. Reporting safety and quality infringements to the Supervisor / Engineer.

10. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager.

11. Provide work instructions to QC on how to make measurements that are appropriate for part inspection by using Micro Vu / CMM program setting, Fixture measurement and others in a correct and safe way.

12. ISO 14001 Compliance Awareness, aims to understand the requirements and principles of ISO 14001 and how to apply and monitor them in the QA processes such as waste management training, efficient use of resources (water, energy, materials) as well as resource use reduction techniques, resource use performance measurement, and introduction to nature technology-friendly nature.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
