Job Summary

You will design and deliver safe, effective fitness programs, conduct member assessments, and maintain equipment standards to help members achieve their fitness goals while supporting operational and sales targets in the personal training department.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and monitor safe and effective training programs tailored to help members achieve their individual fitness goals
• Conduct periodic fitness assessments to evaluate member progress and adjust programs accordingly
• Monitor members’ use of equipment to ensure safety and effectiveness during workouts
• Maintain equipment standards by ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functionality for member use
• Achieve monthly sales and service targets by engaging members and promoting training programs
• Manage daily operational flow within the personal training department to ensure smooth service delivery

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer for at least 1 year
• ACE certification or equivalent fitness certification
• Ability to provide referrals from previous employers
• Sales orientation combined with strong interpersonal skills to engage and motivate members
