Job Summary

You will oversee daily business operations, coordinate and lead staff, and ensure efficient workflow. You will monitor performance, handle customer enquiries, support training, and maintain operational standards to drive productivity and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow and task completion
• Lead, guide, and monitor employees to achieve quality and timely task execution
• Assign duties and evaluate staff performance to maintain productivity and accountability
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and work standards consistently across teams
• Collaborate with management and departments to resolve operational matters and improve processes
• Monitor workflow and productivity metrics to identify and address inefficiencies
• Respond to customer or client enquiries and operational issues promptly and effectively
• Assist in staff training, onboarding, and ongoing performance monitoring to develop team capabilities
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation for compliance and review
• Identify operational challenges and support implementation of practical solutions
• Ensure a safe, organized, and productive working environment adhering to safety standards
• Support management with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
