This role will be working with a growing financial services firm operating within the tech space. They are focused on driving organized delivery across multiple digital project streams.

About Job

• Structure project schedules, decompose high-level goals into actionable tasks, and manage timelines.

• Track project performance, manage resource allocation, and address emerging delivery issues.

• Facilitate clear communications between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, operational records, and progress reports.

• Provide initial support for user inquiries and assist with standard administrative and legal agreements.

• Use modern project management platforms to monitor effort allocation and track execution milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.

• Prior track record as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or Product Owner.

• Domain experience within Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech sectors is strongly preferred.

• Strong proficiency in project management software, frameworks, and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Excellent client-facing presentation and multi-stakeholder communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational capabilities with proven experience prioritizing tasks under pressure.
