We have built a complete "Technology + Data + Finance" closed-loop ecosystem. Sales professionals are fully supported by dedicated pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams throughout the entire deal-closing process. You will never have to handle project execution alone, ensuring significantly higher deal-closing efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Discover customer needs and workflows; prepare proposals, demos, pricing inputs and tender technical content for AI, Digital Twin and SaaS approval and workflow management platforms.
Explain product value, capabilities, limitations and implementation to developers, facility managers, contractors and enterprise clients; help sales progress opportunities.
Configure demos and support proofs of concept (PoCs), including request submission, multi-step approvals, workflow tracking, permissions and reports; capture results and feedback.
Provide post-sales onboarding, user training, basic configuration, usage guidance and initial troubleshooting; coordinate technical teams and follow issues through to resolution.
Confirm requirements and handovers with product and delivery teams; maintain demos, guides and FAQs, and attend Hong Kong client or project sites as needed
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Construction Technology, Business or a related field.
Fresh graduates welcome. Able to understand customer needs and explain product capabilities clearly.
Able to deliver demonstrations, training and customer Q&A in Cantonese.
Proficient in using a range of AI tools to prepare proposals and presentation decks; willing to learn product configuration and troubleshooting.
Able to work from our Yau Ma Tei office and make occasional client visits.
An advantage if you have :
Experience or internships in pre-sales, solution consulting, customer support, training or project coordination.
Familiarity with AI, Digital Twin, BIM or SaaS approval and workflow management platforms; experience with demos, PoCs or tenders.
English or Mandarin communication and reading skills.
