M&E Building Maintenance Company specializes in ACMV, plumbing, sanitary services, and GreenMark products and services, delivering comprehensive mechanical and electrical solutions for building infrastructure.
Job Summary
Plans and supervises mechanical and electrical (M&E) works including air-conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical installations. Coordinates site activities, supervises contractors, resolves M&E issues, and liaises with building professionals to ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery.
Responsibilities
Plan and supervise installation of air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, plumbing sanitary, and electrical works in building and infrastructure projects
Coordinate M&E activities with other ongoing site works to ensure seamless project integration
Supervise contractors and workers to achieve timely completion of M&E works within allocated budgets
Identify and implement effective solutions for M&E technical problems to maintain project quality and progress
Serve as the primary liaison with other building professionals on all M&E-related matters to facilitate collaboration and compliance
Plan and supervision of office administrative works with 2 admin girl supports
