Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes and production requirements.

Measure and weigh flour, yeast, sugar, butter and other ingredients accurately.

Knead, shape and proof dough for different types of bread.

Operate ovens and baking equipment to bake bread at the required temperature and time.

Monitor the baking process to ensure consistent quality, texture and appearance.

Prepare and decorate bread and other bakery products as required.

Check the quality and freshness of ingredients and finished products.

Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils and the work area.

Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.

Assist with daily bakery production and other related duties as assigned.
