Salary: Up to RM 4,800++ per month (Basic salary + competitive allowances + overtime)

About the Role:
VAT Group is seeking skilled technical professionals to join our assembly division. This is a permanent position offering an attractive benefits package, career progression, and competitive overtime pay.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics or equivalent) or SKM Level 3.
• Assembly experience in a relevant manufacturing environment are an advantage
• Fresh Diploma graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts.

Work Schedule & Shift Pattern:

• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Shift patterns: 5-2 or 4-2 rotation (based on department allocation)

• Fixed Basic Salary
• Day Shift Allowance: RM9/day | Night Shift Allowance: RM15/day
• Meal Subsidy: RM8/day
• Transport Allowance: RM5/day
• Attendance Incentive: RM100/month
• Toll Allowance provided (subject to residential location)
• Comprehensive Statutory Contributions: EPF, SOCSO, and EIS
• Overtime (OT) payable in accordance with the Malaysian Employment Act

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
