Role Description The Project Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, supporting end-to-end project delivery for residential and commercial developments. This role includes coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. The Project Executive assists in planning and scheduling, monitors progress on site, prepares reports and documentation, and helps resolve operational issues to keep projects on track. Responsibilities also include cost and resource monitoring, tracking compliance with regulatory and company standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires active participation in site meetings, stakeholder communication, and timely escalation of risks or deviations from plans.

Qualifications

• Project coordination and management skills, including scheduling, progress tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Technical understanding of property development, construction processes, and quality and safety standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Office, project management applications; exposure to construction or design software is an advantage).
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience in property development or construction project roles is preferred, especially within high-rise or urban developments.
• Ability to work on-site in Greater Kuala Lumpur, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
