Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics
• Position Title: IT Support Engineer
• Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided from Boon Lay MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.00pm; Alternative Sat, 8.30am – 1.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, system/office applications, NAS, printers/MFP, backup systems, and other related IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot computer network issues in a Windows domain environment, including TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, and Switch.
• Set up and manage corporate email systems, including Exchange Server, Outlook, and Mobile ActiveSync.
• Perform system administration tasks for various servers.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory records.
• Review, recommend, and implement IT initiatives to improve IT operations.
• Supervise contract workers and conduct outdoor site surveys covering various infrastructure areas, including telecommunications, machinery, networking, IoT, and other IT equipment.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Studies, Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Candidates without formal IT qualifications but with relevant operational, project coordination, or technical support experience are welcome to apply.
• 2–3 years of experience in outdoor project coordination, IT operations, facilities, engineering, logistics, construction, telecommunications, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, or external service providers is preferred.
• Able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
