Job Summary

Prepare food ingredients and manage kitchen operations to support daily food service. Maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment by following hygiene and safety standards. Manage inventory to ensure smooth kitchen workflow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sufficient food ingredients daily to meet kitchen operational needs
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen cooking area to ensure a safe and sanitary workspace
• Follow food hygiene and safety standards consistently to comply with health regulations
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and organizing supplies to support uninterrupted kitchen operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in the Food and Beverage industry for approximately 3 years
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
