Bar-Roque Grill – Singapore
Full-Time Position
Bar-Roque Grill is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Waiter / Captain / Assistant Manager to join our Front of House team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and supervise the Front of House team during service
Ensure smooth daily lunch and dinner operations
Welcome guests and maintain a high standard of hospitality
Take orders and provide confident menu recommendations
Develop strong knowledge of our food and wine offering
Recommend and upsell wines, beverages and menu items
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and management team
Handle guest requests and feedback professionally
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Support staff training and development
Maintain service standards and restaurant cleanliness
Assist management with reservations, table planning and daily operations
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience in a similar position
Strong Front of House and service skills
Good food and wine knowledge
Confident, positive and guest-focused personality
Good communication and leadership skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment
Fluent or professional working English
Wine knowledge is a strong advantage
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary: SGD 3,400 – 3,800/month, depending on experience
AWS / Bonus
2 days off per week
