About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic team at Klinik U' in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our General Practitioners in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work alongside experienced medical professionals and contribute to the smooth operation of our clinic.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and registering patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience

2. Assisting with the preparation of examination rooms, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked and ready for patient visits

3. Providing administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, handling patient records and maintaining inventory

4. Answering incoming phone calls and addressing patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

5. Performing basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, under the guidance of our medical staff

6. Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols

7. Offering excellent customer service and supporting our patients throughout their visit

What we're looking for

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, colleagues and medical professionals

2. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail

3. Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with medical software and electronic health records

4. A compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine interest in supporting the well-being of our patients

5. A team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the clinic

6. Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin as advantage
