Company Description

Temokin Development Sdn Bhd is a forward-looking property developer that actively seeks new projects and joint ventures to create vibrant, sustainable communities. The company is focused on delivering products and spaces that foster a strong sense of community through meaningful engagement. Placemaking—planning, designing, and managing public spaces for the wellbeing of all stakeholders—is central to its development philosophy. Team members collaborate across disciplines to ensure that each project supports quality of life, social interaction, and long-term value for residents and partners.

Role Description

The Contract Executive is responsible for managing and administering contracts and related documentation for development projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in HQ Office. Day-to-day tasks typically include preparing, reviewing, and updating contracts, tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates, as well as assisting with procurement and evaluating quotations from contractors and suppliers. The role involves monitoring contract compliance, tracking project costs and variations, and supporting claims, certifications, and payment processes. The Contract Executive also collaborates closely with project, QS, finance, and site teams to resolve contractual issues, ensure alignment with company policies, and support timely project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong contract administration and documentation skills, including experience with tenders, contract drafting, and variation orders.
  • Solid understanding of construction and property development processes, preferably within residential or mixed-use projects.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and basic quantity surveying principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to manage contractual matters and resolve issues with stakeholders.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Competence in using office productivity tools and relevant contract or project management software.
  • Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a contracts or QS role within the construction or property development industry will be an advantage.
