Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python AI Developer role based in Putrajaya Federal Territory, Malaysia. The Python AI Developer will design, implement, and maintain AI and machine learning models, focusing on robust, production-ready Python code. Daily tasks include developing data pipelines, training and evaluating models, optimizing performance, and integrating AI components into existing applications or APIs. The role involves collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and product stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, documenting work clearly, and contributing to code reviews and best practices. The developer will also monitor deployed models, troubleshoot issues, and continuously refine systems based on performance metrics and user feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python programming, including clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Fresh Graduate / Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and model development workflows.
• Practical skills in data processing and analysis (e.g., NumPy, pandas), and working with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Knowledge of software engineering practices such as version control (Git), debugging, unit testing, and continuous integration.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and document solutions effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in staying current with AI research, tools, and best practices, and applying them to real-world business problems.
