Roles & Responsibilities

·                 Ensure customer satisfaction through promotingexcellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally

·                 Analyze staff evaluations and feedback toimprove the customer’s experience

·                 Project future needs for goods and cleaningproducts; order accordingly

·                 Oversee health code compliance and sanitationstandards

·                 Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operationalcosts

·                 Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports forthe management

·                 Train new employees and provide ongoing trainingfor all staff 

·                 Attend quarterly P&L meetings
