Business Development Manager – Construction & BIM Solutions

Location: Singapore
Experience: 4–8 Years | Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business for our Construction & BIM Solutions across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients in the construction, engineering, architecture and MEP sectors.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking and direct outreach.
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and project stakeholders.
• Understand BIM/manpower requirements and develop suitable solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Mentor and support the business development team.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
• Experience in construction, BIM, engineering, manpower, recruitment, outsourcing or technical services preferred.
• Proven track record in new client acquisition and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Singapore market experience is an advantage.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
