• Manage customer complaints and product quality issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Perform product failure analysis (FA) and identify root causes.
• Lead quality investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor product yield performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze quality data using tools such as SPC, 8D, and FMEA.
• Support quality validation activities for New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Participate in customer and certification audits, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Process, and Supplier Quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry (automotive, semiconductor, PCB, or related).
• Hands-on experience in customer complaint handling, failure analysis (FA), CAPA, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards and audit requirements.
• Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Willing to work in Pasir Gudang.
