Summary
Manage accounting, reporting, budgeting, audits, taxes, controls, analysis, staff supervision, compliance, discrepancies, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the financial and management accounting functions 
• Timely management reporting for month end closing
• Preparation of yearly budget, revised budgets and cashflow
• Liase with banks, external auditors and tax agents
• Prepare annual financial reports in compliance with Finance Reporting Standards & XBRL submission
• Prepare GST and Tax computation  
• Financial analysis; fluctuations in P&L and B/S  
• To monitor internal controls are in compliance with all corporate governance requirement
• Constantly review, improve and implement streamlined work processes and internal controls
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• To manage accounts staff  
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned  

Requirements   

• Degree in Accountancy
• At least 5 years relevant working experience
• Be analytical, independent, pro-active, resourceful, results-driven, a good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
• Results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Good team player with people-management capabilities
• Prior experience in auditing firm will be an advantage
