Job Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule candidate interviews.

Onboarding & Training: Help organize new hire orientations, gather employment documents, and set up training schedules.

HR Administration: Update and maintain physical and digital employee records and databases.

Employee Relations: Serve as a first point of contact for routine staff inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.

Job Requirements and Skills

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).

Knowledge: Basic understanding of local employment regulations and labor laws.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee data.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
