We’re looking for friendly, responsible and energetic people to join us as Service Crew!

Whether you’re looking for your first job, some part-time work, or a full-time role where you can grow with a local brand — we’d love to meet you!

Service Crew
Full Time: RM1,800 – RM3,000++
Part Time: RM9 – RM10+ / hour
(Pay depends on working days, hours and experience.)

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming and serving customers
• Preparing and serving our gelato
• Taking orders and handling payments
• Keeping the shop clean, organised & welcoming
• Assisting with basic kitchen and store operations
• Working together with the team to make sure customers have a great experience
• Helping out with events, campaigns and other shop activities when needed

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, cheerful & comfortable talking to customers
• Responsible, reliable & punctual
• Willing to learn and work as a team
• Proactive and willing to help wherever needed
• Comfortable with hands-on work
• Positive and able to stay calm during busy periods
• Passionate about creating a good experience for customers
