Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production line operators to ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Monitor production processes and ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate manpower allocation and workflow to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company safety rules, SOPs, and housekeeping requirements.
• Conduct routine checks on production equipment and report abnormalities to the maintenance team.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages or production issues to the Production Supervisor/Manager.
• Train and guide production operators on work instructions, safety practices, and quality requirements.
• Prepare and maintain daily production records, reports, and line performance data.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure effective communication between production shifts and relevant departments.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Prior experience leading a production team is an advantage.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety practices.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Kota Tinggi, Johor.
• Able to work Monday to Saturday.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
