Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator / Social Media Executive to manage and grow our F&B brands’ social media presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, lifestyle and digital content, with strong skills in creating engaging photos, videos and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Plan and manage weekly/monthly content calendars.
• Take high-quality photos and videos of food, drinks, outlets, events and promotions.
• Create short-form videos, Reels and TikTok content.
• Write creative captions, posts and promotional content.
• Manage daily social media posting and scheduling.
• Monitor social media trends and create relevant content.
• Support promotional campaigns, events and new menu launches.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages when required.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
• Work closely with the marketing and outlet teams to develop new content ideas.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Creative Media or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media, preferably in F&B/hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe or other editing tools.
• Good photography and videography skills.
• Creative, energetic and comfortable appearing in videos when required.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willing to visit different outlets for content creation.
• Portfolio of previous work is preferred.
