SoC Platform Software Engineer – Multimedia / High-Speed Interfaces / Boot & BSP

Our client, a Singapore-based automotive tech company building custom automotive SoCs and AI-powered vehicle computing platforms, is expanding its platform software team. We're hiring across three specialist tracks:

Track A – Multimedia & Compute: Develop system-level Android/Linux software across Display, Audio, Camera HAL, GPU or NPU domains, working at the hardware-software boundary to optimize performance and power efficiency.

Track B – High-Speed Interfaces: Architect and optimize PCIe/USB software for next-gen SoCs, ensuring high-throughput, reliable communication between SoC modules and peripherals, with hands-on hardware debug (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).

Track C – Boot & BSP: Build and optimize bootloader and system initialization software (BootROM, BL2, BL31, U-Boot) for fast, stable vehicle SoC startup and firmware upgrade reliability.

Common requirements across tracks:

• Bachelor's in Electronics/CS/Automation or related field
• 2–5+ years relevant experience depending on track.
• Track A: 2+ yrs in at least one multimedia or compute domain (e.g., audio, video, camera, GPU/NPU)
• Track B & C: 5+ yrs
• Deep Linux/Android or ARM64 systems knowledge
• Strong hardware-software debugging ability
