Location: Paya Lebar

Job Scope:
1)Research and Content Development

Conduct research on employment legislation, workplace policies, HR trends, and workforce transformation initiatives.

Draft employer advisories, guidance notes, articles, and thought leadership materials on Employment Act, workplace regulations, and emerging HR issues.

Develop practical resources such as playbooks, toolkits, case studies, templates, and best practice guides for employers.

Support the preparation of presentation materials, reports, and briefing papers for internal and external stakeholders.

2)Employer Advisory and Engagement

Serve as a first point of contact for employer enquiries relating to grants and other available support schemes.

Triage and assess enquiries, providing preliminary guidance and escalating complex cases to relevant departments where appropriate.

3)Marketing and Administrative Support

Assist in developing marketing materials and social media communications

Coordinate outreach efforts (webinars, workshops, and employer engagement activities) to increase awareness and adoption of ARCC programmes

Support project management and administration for initiatives.

Assist with reporting, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, and other administrative duties as required.
