Job Summary

The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Shopee store, improving online sales performance, managing promotional campaigns, and assisting with digital advertising activities on Facebook and Instagram to increase traffic, customer engagement, and sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Shopee product listings, including product information, pricing, and inventory.
• Organize and implement Shopee promotions, campaigns, vouchers, and flash sale activities.
• Respond to customer enquiries and assist with complaints, returns, and refund matters.
• Monitor and manage Shopee Ads to increase product visibility and improve sales.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns through Facebook and Instagram.
• Work closely with designers and content creators to prepare suitable marketing materials.
• Monitor customer engagement and interactions across social media platforms.
• Analyze sales, website/store traffic, conversion rates, and advertising results.
• Prepare regular weekly and monthly reports on e-commerce performance.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to e-commerce activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of practical experience managing the Shopee Seller Centre and using Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with Shopee Seller Centre features such as In-Shop Flash Sales, Vouchers, and Shopee Live.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
