Job Description

• Coordinating M & E matters on site toensure works are in accordance withcontract specs and drawings andregulations
• Source, Liaise and Coordinate with M & Esubcontractors or procurement of M & Eequipments.
• Liaise with clients and consultants on workprogressAssist to prepare M &E program andsubmission schedule
• Coordinate with other trades to ensuresmooth work progressAssist contract department on tenders,progress claim and VO submission

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture
• Minimum 3 years related local experience
• Positive, mature and self-motivated
• Willing to learn and take up challenges
