Own content end to end, from the concept to the delivered files.

Responsibilities

• Produce short form video shoots from planning through to final delivery
• Build call sheets, schedules, shot lists and budgets, then hold them on the day
• Source and book locations, talent, crew and equipment
• Run the set: keep the day on time, solve what breaks, protect the shot list
• Manage post production through to final asset delivery
• Keep every deliverable moving with the Account Executive so nothing publishes late
• Build production processes that work when somebody else runs them

Requirements

• Two plus years producing video content, social first
• Comfortable on a lean set where the producer also carries the tripod
• Strong on scheduling, budgeting and negotiating with vendors
• Fluent in how content actually performs on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
