IELTS Preparation Teachers

We are actively seeking passionate, energetic, and highly dedicated IELTS teachers for our Kuala Lumpur centre. POSITION DETAILS:

• Monthly Salary: RM 3,000.00 – RM 3,500.00
• Work Location: In-person at 2nd Floor, Wisma Hong Leong, 18, Jalan Perak, 50450 Kuala Lumpur
• Schedule: 5.5 days per week (Operates on a flexible rotating shift schedule across Monday – Sunday)
• Target Learners: Adult and secondary learners preparing for Academic and General Training modules (Beginner to Advanced)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver targeted, high-impact IELTS instruction focusing on Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Equip students with strategic test-taking methodologies to achieve their target band scores.
• Foster an interactive classroom environment with robust student engagement and exemplary exam preparation management.
• Demonstrate extreme professionalism, punctuality, creativity, patience, and deep intercultural awareness.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Command of English: Near-native or native-level linguistic proficiency is mandatory (with a proven high official IELTS score preferred).
• Educational Background: A formal degree in TESL / English Major qualification preferred.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of active teaching experience with a heavy emphasis on standardized test preparation and IELTS curriculum delivery is strongly preferred.
