QUALIFICATION
Min. 'Degree in Engineering' with at least 5 ~ 8 years working experience in 'PCBA' and ‘Box Build’ related environment.

RESPONSIBILITY
- Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

- Efficiently plan and execute the weekly production schedule.

- Integrate critical SMT process requirements—including solder paste printing, reflow soldering, and pick-and-place operations—and ensure optimal functioning of automated equipment such as AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) systems.

- Ensure that all production machinery, particularly the high-tech SMT lines, AOI, and SPI equipment, are fully operational and maintained to meet strict quality and uptime benchmarks.

- Maintain accurate tracking of raw material inventories, which include essential components for SMT lines such as solder paste, components, and packaging materials.

- Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to ensure materials are available in the right quantity and quality to support streamlined production.

- Guarantee that customer delivery dates are met by coordinating production processes and quality control checkpoints at every stage.

- Work proactively to resolve customer complaints or quality issues by guiding work groups in addressing root causes, with a focused understanding of EVS (Engineering Validation Standards) and quality assurance protocols employed in SMT, AOI, and SPI processes.

- Oversee the safety of the plant environment by maintaining strict cleanliness and safety standards on the production floor and surrounding areas.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement where safety alongside technological accuracy is paramount.

- Represent the company’s management team in exploring and capitalizing on new market opportunities, leveraging insights from evolving manufacturing technologies and quality control systems.

- Organize periodic reviews of production targets and quality issues, ensuring data-driven decision making and transparent reporting.

- Establish and execute training programs for all staff that cover both general production techniques and specialized knowledge in SMT, AOI, SPI, and other related manufacturing technologies.

- Ensure that all subordinates meet departmental goals and are continually upskilled to operate and troubleshoot advanced production equipment.

- Stay accountable for production cost control by implementing plant-wide cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement programs that enhance efficiency while maintaining technological standards.

- Organize resources for technical assistance and production support for trial runs or improvement plans, particularly those involving advanced manufacturing techniques and inspections.

- Perform other job functions as deemed necessary by management, with an overarching emphasis on integrating new technological advancements into production processes.

ABILITIES AND SKILLS
Exposure and experience in 'ISO / IATF Standard' is an advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
