* Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support to users across multiple locations, both onsite and remotely.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues in a timely manner.
* Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365 applications, mobile devices, and collaboration platforms.
* Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID
(Azure AD), and intune.
* Manage user accounts, access rights, device enrolment, and endpoint policies.
* Install, configure, monitor, maintain, and support end-user devices, software, and network infrastructure.
* Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets through the ITSM platform while meeting SLA targets.
* Maintain accurate IT documentation, including infrastructure records, asset inventory, software licenses,
service subscriptions, and support contracts.
* Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, development, maintenance, and disposal.
* Develop user guides, conduct end-user training, and promote cybersecurity awareness and IT best practices.
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support, maintenance, and procurement activities.
* Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
* Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or systems administration.
* Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, and
Intune.
* Strong knowledge of Window 11, Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, and endpoint management.
* Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
* Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
