Work Arrangement

•⁠ ⁠100% Remote (Work From Home), including training and mentoring

•⁠ ⁠No need to report to any office

Working Hours

•⁠ ⁠Night shift will start anytime between 8pm-12am (Malaysia Time)

•⁠ ⁠8 working hours + 1-hour break per shift = 9 hours per shift

•⁠ ⁠5 working days per week, with 2 days off

•⁠ ⁠Weekend work may be required depending on the company's roster

Pay & Benefits

•⁠ ⁠RM30 per hour= around RM4800/month for full attendance

•⁠ ⁠Benefits : 14 days paid sick leave, 12 days annual leave, and some Malaysia & US Public holidays

Job Responsibilities

Provide accurate live interpretation between Mandarin<>English across industries such as:

 • Banking

 • Healthcare

 • Insurance

 • Education

 • Emergency/911 calls

•⁠ ⁠Handle conversations with speakers who have different accents, speaking speeds, and personalities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Hiring Process

Stage 1: Assessments

1.⁠ ⁠English Assessment

2.⁠ ⁠Mandarin Assessment (only if you pass the English Assessment)

Once you pass both assessments, you'll proceed to the training stages:

Stage 2: Training Program (3 Weeks)

•⁠ ⁠Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

•⁠ ⁠Mostly self-paced learning modules

•⁠ ⁠Approximately 2 days of live online sessions (around 3 hours each)

•⁠ ⁠Training allowance: RM2,600~

Stage 3: Mentoring Program (4 Weeks)

•⁠ ⁠Same schedule as the actual job (11:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

•⁠ ⁠You'll start handling real interpretation calls while being guided by an experienced mentor

•⁠ ⁠Your mentor will coach and evaluate your performance throughout the program

•⁠ ⁠Paid RM30/hour
