岗位职责
A. PU3 Restaurant Sales
Handle customer enquiries, reservations, catering and bulk orders, primarily
Prepare quotations, confirm orders and follow up on customer payments.
Maintain accurate sales records and ensure proper handovers to Wani.
B. IVORY Sales
Handle wedding, corporate and private event enquiries.
Conduct venue viewings and present packages to prospective clients.
Prepare quotations, follow up with potential customers and secure confirmed bookings.
Participate in sales roadshows and promotional events when required.
C. Sales Administration
Maintain customer databases and update sales pipelines.
Prepare regular sales reports and monitor outstanding leads.
Support other sales-related duties assigned by management.
