Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and presenting Grand Seiko timepieces with in-depth product knowledge and brand storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include advising customers on product features, handling sales transactions, managing customer inquiries, and providing after-sales support. The role also involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique environment is clean and organized, and assisting with inventory checks and stock management. The Sales Associate will support boutique events, contribute to sales targets, and collaborate with the team to strengthen brand presence in the Asia-Pacific market.
Qualifications

• Strong retail sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confident product presentation and active listening.
• Attention to detail and appreciation for luxury products, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, while being self-motivated and responsible with individual tasks.
• Comfort with POS systems, basic inventory handling, and reporting of sales activities.
• Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage for engaging regional clientele.
• Prior experience in luxury retail, watches, jewelry, or premium lifestyle brands is highly beneficial.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
