Our client is a well-established Singapore homegrown group with more than 50 years of track record. What makes this role interesting is that you're not just managing one building — you'll gain exposure across commercial, industrial, residential, and other property assets.

Leasing

• Source, evaluate and secure new tenants for the Company’s property portfolio.

• Support lease negotiations, tenancy management and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and building requirements.

• Coordinate with Finance on rental arrears and conduct regular property inspections.

Facilities & Property Management

• Support the Manager in managing Office, Commercial, Industrial and Residential properties.

• Coordinate with managing agents, contractors and service providers on property matters.

• Oversee building maintenance, M&E works, repairs and replacements.

• Review contractors’ quotations and monitor service performance against contracts.

• Ensure facilities equipment inspections and certifications are up to date and compliant with regulations.

• Manage and regularly review maintenance/service contracts.
