Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Videographer & Editor, based in Singapore with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. As a Videographer & Editor, we're looking for someone who cares about visual storytelling & cinematography, not your typical social media video person

You will help us bring our creative visions to life, putting together creative work that captivates & impacts for our brands.

Key Responsibilities

1.Shoot Planning & Production

• Translating creative concepts into practical shoot plans
• Creating shot lists, storyboards, and basic run-of-show
• Planning locations, equipment needs, and on-site flow
• Lead on-site production, ensuring shoots run smoothly and efficiently
• Make creative and technical decisions on set to achieve the intended outcome

2.Videography

• Execute on-site filming across brand, campaign, and social content
• Handle camera operation, lighting, and audio setup
• Adapt shooting style across different brands and formats

3.Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit videos for multiple platforms (social, ads, brand films, reels)
• Apply pacing, colour grading, sound design, and basic motion where needed
• Ensure final outputs meet brand, platform, and campaign objectives

4.Creative Conceptualisation

• Contribute ideas during concept development and creative discussions
• Suggest visual treatments, formats, and storytelling approaches
• Collaborate with designers and strategists to align visuals with messaging

Qualifications

• Worked or studied in a film-like environment
• Strong creative taste
• Adaptability across multiple brands.
• Strong foundation in visual storytelling, composition, and editing
• Proficiency in Da Vinci Resolve
• Ability to handle multiple projects and manage time independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment
• Ambitious, self-motivated and eager to grow with the agency

Offered Salary: 3.5k - 4.5k
