Our Client is a leading global organization undergoing large-scale digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. As part of its SAP transformation journey, the organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead procurement and materials management data deployment activities across complex business environments.

About the Job

• Location: Bangsar South
• Employment Type: 12-Month Contract
• Working Arrangement: Hybrid (60/40)
• Working Hours: 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM, with flexibility to support UK business hours where required (including shifts such as 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM, 01:30 PM - 10:00 PM, or 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM)
• Salary: Up to RM11,500 per month (subject to experience and competency)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead materials management and procurement data deployment activities for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Drive data readiness, cleansing, validation, transformation, and migration efforts to support successful system implementations.
• Manage material master and product master data, including inventory, warehouse, and stock-related information.
• Oversee warehouse and bin structure data, inventory balances, warehouse stock, and SAP EWM/Inventory Management data requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project deliverables and ensure alignment with deployment timelines.
• Support multiple concurrent projects while maintaining governance, risk management, and data quality standards.
• Analyze and resolve procurement and supply chain data issues, providing guidance and recommendations to project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and task breakdowns to ensure smooth execution of deployment activities.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to support end-to-end procurement data flow requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to data management and deployment processes.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP deployment, data migration, or procurement data management.
• Proven experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA deployment initiatives focused on procurement data readiness and transformation.
• Strong expertise in Inventory, Warehouse, and Material Master Data Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM, Inventory Management (IM), material master/product master data, warehouse structures, inventory balances, and stock management.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously within complex cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of risk management and project governance practices.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and manage deliverables effectively.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience leading SAP data migration projects within procurement and supply chain environments.
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end procurement data flows.
• Hands-on expertise in data cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with the capability to advise project teams on procurement data-related matters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation capabilities.
• Highly organized and capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic project environment.
